The Xinomavro is ‘the queen’ of the Greek vineyard, it is an adaptable but sensitive grape variety. This is a concentrated wine with a deep, ruby color, with intense, complex aromas of ripe fruits, herbal hints, vanilla and spices. It has full flavour with firm, ripe tannins and mild acidity, leaving a long and elegant aftertaste.
