The ancient white grape variety ‘Savatiano’ is one of the most widely planted grape varieties in Greece, mainly Central Greece. By harvesting it early on and applying a pre-fermentation process as well as fermenting at low temperatures, it helps to extract the delicate scent of white-fleshed and citrus fruits, the balanced acidity and the lingering aftertaste. Its unique character accompanies Greek cuisine perfectly.
