Retsina

Retsina wine has been steadily produced in Greece for thousands of years with the addition of resin from the pine tree “Pinus Halepensis”, during the fermentation process, in order to create a wine aroma and act as a natural wine preservative. It is an ideal accompaniment for the intense flavors of meze platters (Greek appetizers), tzatziki dip, garlic dip, eggplant dip and fried fish.
