This combination of Syrah and Merlot undergoes a process of cold extraction and controlled fermentation yielding this deep purple coloured wine with ruby nuances. It has earthy scents with aromas of red fruits, particularly strawberry and blackberry. It has good structure and balance, with soft tannins, low acidity and a long aftertaste and can evolve in the bottle for several years.
